Where will I go to vote?
Oregon has vote by mail. Ballots are mailed to every registered voter 14-18 days before the election. Your ballot must be returned by 8 p.m. election day. It can be mailed back, with enough time to be received, or dropped off by 8 p.m. at the County Clerk’s office or a ballot drop-off box on election day.
You will receive a voter booklet that explains all the issues or candidates you can choose. Your ballot will only have the issues and candidates that you can vote for in your districts and precincts. You have several days to read, think, mark your ballot and mail it in or drop it off.
